How it works
We come together as a small group and realise how much we have in common, as well as celebrating what makes us different.
Whether you attend a collective or a personal expression session, you will build confidence in your self-expression, through music and community involvement.
There is never any obligation to sing or step up to a microphone.
You will:
Explore your creativity without fear of judgment and receive support from the other participants
Learn to trust in the value of your ideas and how they touch and inspire others, whether you have any musical experience or not
Experience your ideas and feelings put to music - whether you choose to sing, speak or write and have me (singer songwriter) vocalise for you.

Collective Expression Sessions
2 Hours
This a small group gathering where we realise that we are not as isolated as we think we are, and an exercise in speaking up for yourself.
Practice asking for what you want, and saying no to things you don’t, so that you can apply this in all areas of your life.
Learn to believe that your ideas are worth hearing!
We share vulnerably and confidentially, finding common ground. We will work as a team to compose a mini song where we sing our troubles away, which you will receive as a recording. Participants who come regularly get to build confidence in how they relate socially.
Personal Expression Sessions
2 Hours
In this small group gathering you explore your individual creative style. I create a safe space for you to bring your ideas and talent out into the open, get things off your chest. and allow your inner wisdom to reveal itself.
You walk out of the session impressed by how each person is so different and inspiring. Feel encouraged by the other participants and surprise yourself.
You will be given time to reflect, a writing prompt and some music to express your words over.
Even one line spoken or sung over music can have great impact. If you prefer, I can sing or speak your words over the music of your choice. Occasionally we have a live musician.

To get the most out of Confident Creative Community I recommend applying for one of my 3 Month offers. You will receive private coaching with me Alison Love David; Singer, Songwriter, Music Medicine Woman and Coach. In the 1-2-1's I will guide you in whichever areas we feel are best suited to what you've set out to achieve weather that be singing confidently, channelling grief into something positive or improving your mental health.
Often my Clients choose to continue working on theyre songs from the collective and/or personal expression sessions, adding them to music of there tastes using me as an instrument, bouncing board and producer we create tracks in thr styles of rock, pop or spoken word to music for them to take away and use in theyre day to day lives all while building confidence in theyre own abilities.
